Winneo technical team goes deep into the factory to optimize the factory acceptance process

On July 10, 2025, engineers from the Winneo technical department visited the production factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, and conducted a comprehensive process sorting and standard confirmation for the newly developed Winneo series pad printers. This survey aims to supplement and improve the three core documents: "Confirmation Form of Factory Inspection Standards for Pad Printing Machines", "Equipment Unpacking acceptance form", and "Equipment Delivery Confirmation".

On-site inspection: details are king

At 9:00 a.m., the technical team met with the production line supervisor in the workshop conference room. Afterwards, everyone conducted functional tests and visual inspections on the key components of the pad printer one by one - the overall appearance, pneumatic system, main moving parts, etc. "Through actual machine demonstrations, we ensure that the performance indicators of each machine are completely consistent with the technical documents, and any minor deviations must be recorded."

Unpacking acceptance: process upgrade

At 12:30 noon, the team shifted the focus of acceptance to the shipping warehouse to simulate the "unpacking acceptance" scene at the customer site. According to the new version of the "Equipment Unpacking and Acceptance Form" process, the engineer checked the host, random information, etc. in turn and took photos on site for archiving. Technician Wang Gong pointed out: "The newly added 'acceptance opinion' has greatly improved the customer's initial inspection experience."
